Damage Claims & Replacements In the rare event that a product is received damaged, we offer a replacement subject to the following mandatory condition:
MANDATORY: UNCUT UNBOXING VIDEO To be eligible for a claim, you must record a clear, high-quality, uncut unboxing video.
The video must show the sealed courier package and continue without any cuts, pauses, or edits until the damage is clearly visible.
Claims without a continuous, uncut unboxing video will not be accepted.
Reporting a Claim:
1. Email the video and Order ID to contact@clayfulbyanjali.com.
2. Submit within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
Handmade Disclaimers
Variations: Minor variations in color, texture, or slight imperfections are natural to the handmade process and are not considered defects.
