1. Introduction & Agreement
By accessing or using the ClayfulByAnjali website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the website or making a purchase.
2. Handcrafted Nature & Accuracy
Handmade Variations: Our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted. You acknowledge that minor variations in color, texture, and shape are a natural part of the artistic process and do not constitute a defect.
Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions or colors displayed on your screen are 100% accurate, as digital displays vary.
3. Purchases & Payments
Review Your Order: We request you to carefully review your order details (design, quantity, and address) before finalizing. Changes can only be requested within a 6-hour window via email or Instagram DM.
Payment: By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details. We are not responsible for transaction failures caused by your bank or payment processor.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: You acknowledge that all items are made-to-order and require 5–7 business days for hand-crafting before shipment.
Address Responsibility: We are not responsible for non-delivery if the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
5. Return & Damage Policy
No Returns: Due to the made-to-order nature and hygiene standards of jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Damage Claims: In the rare event of transit damage, a replacement will only be considered if a clear, uncut unboxing video (showing the sealed package being opened) is provided within 48 hours of delivery. Claims without this video will be rejected.
6. Intellectual Property
The design, layout, images, and content on this website are owned by ClayfulByAnjali. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution of our designs or website content is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
ClayfulByAnjali shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products, the inability to use the website, or any delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
