Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for us to hand-craft and prepare your jewelry before it is dispatched.

Intricate Designs: In rare cases of high order volume or for highly intricate designs, we may take a few extra days to ensure every detail is perfect.

Order Modifications & Corrections If you realize you have selected an incorrect design or require a minor modification:

Timeline: You must notify us within 6 hours of placing your order.
